Marc Rabie
Marc Rabie, based in Limpopo and admitted to the High Court of South Africa in 2007, is a highly experienced legal practitioner with over 17 years of diverse experience. Holding both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M), he combines strong academic grounding with practical legal insight. Marc views his role not merely as a legal advisor but as a servant to the greater communal good, deeply committed to ensuring that the principles of justice are effectively realised for individuals, businesses, and communities. His expertise spans Contract and Commercial Law, Labour Law and Employee Relations, Regulatory Compliance and Governance, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Law, Media, Cyberlaw and Data Privacy Law, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Law. A former Head of Corporate Legal Services for the South African Tourism Board, Marc has developed a particular passion for the tourism and hospitality sector and its contribution to economic growth, as well as the legal aspects of key industries such as mining and agriculture.
